Hoffman Cellars Block 16 2005 Pinot Noir
Quick Overview
Strawberry, raspberry, sweet plum, the fruit tumbles forward, lush and ripe. This is the Russian River Valley, and this is the Pinot Noir it so profoundly produces. Deeper into it, there are delicate notes of cinnamon and herbes de Provence, adding the subtle warmth of sage, savory and thyme. Mild tannins are present on the midpalate, giving way to a finish of warm fruit and cola.
