Boulder Bank 2007 Pinot Noir
Quick Overview
Cedar notes in the nose, with concentrated cherry, gravel and vanilla-scented red plum flavors.
Product Description
This Pinot Noir comes from the WaxEye Vineyard on Hawkesbury Road in the Omaka appellation. Planted in 1999, these new Dijon clones are cane-pruned to reduce yield and have separate shoots for maximum cluster exposure. With an east-facing aspect of undulation glacial soils, the WaxEye Vineyard receives increased air flow and cooling. Humidity is also kept to a minimum.
