Pajot Blanc Organic 2007 Cotes de Gascogne
Quick Overview
The usual grapefruit aromas are present, but take more of a back seat, letting the apple and elderflower flavours come to the fore. A delight either on its own or with a wide variety of food.
Product Description
A belter-of-a-white from cutting-edge Cotes de Gascogne, France. Awarded a much deserved Seal of Approval at the International Wine Challenge 2002 - this is fully organic and an absolute bargain. This wine is crisp but suprisingly soft for a Gascogny white.
